Bewakoof Cash has no expiry date.What is Bewakoof Wallet?Bewakoof Wallet enables you to receive Bewakoof Credit and refunds. You may select Bewakoof Wallet as the mode of payment while placing your Order, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Wallet balance. The option of payment via Bewakoof Wallet will be available on the 'Payment Method' page of the checkout process. You can check the balance of your Bewakoof wallet by:

How can I sign up for Bewakoof Wallet?Every registered user has a Bewakoof Wallet in their account. There is no separate sign up for the Wallet. In case you are not a registered Bewakoof user, please register and start using Bewakoof Wallet.How can I put money into my Bewakoof Wallet?When you invite a friend to shop on Bewakoof, Credit is added to your Wallet. You can also receive Credit through various promotional offers.
When you cancel or return a product the refund money is transferred as Cash to your Wallet, to provide convenience for your next purchase. Directly transferring money to Bewakoof Wallet is not permitted.
How do I use money present in Bewakoof Wallet?You can use money present in your Bewakoof Wallet account to make payments while purchasing from Bewakoof. On the checkout page you will see Bewakoof Wallet payment option selected by default, although you can choose to continue with other payment modes.There is not enough money in my Bewakoof Wallet for making a purchase. What do I do?You can pay for your order either fully or partially by Bewakoof Wallet. Any amount left after using Bewakoof Wallet can be paid using other payment options like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking etc.Is there any expiry to the balance present in my Bewakoof Wallet?'Bewakoof Credit' money present in your Bewakoof Wallet account, expires depending upon the validity mentioned in 'Bewakoof Credit’ section.   • • Bewakoof Wallet is an instrument to park money in your Bewakoof Account as a prepaid balance, and can be used only for purchases from

    • Balance in Bewakoof Wallet doesn't bear interest.

    • 'Bewakoof Cash' part of your Bewakoof wallet post a cancelled or returned order can be refunded into the same card/account used for making the payment at the time of prepaid orders. In case of COD orders, we require you to fill a form with the necessary bank account details.

    • 'Bewakoof Cash’ part of your wallet expires after one year.

    • 'Bewakoof Credit’' amount credited in your Bewakoof Wallet in connection with Bewakoof's marketing campaigns is non-refundable and shall expire as per applicable terms.

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or credits earned if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have used or are using the Service for any purpose other than the purposes intended here or have used or are using the Service in an abusive, fraudulent, dishonest or similar manner or similar patterns in your credit usage.If you think there has been an error, you can reach out to our customer care team.
